Flo's Wine Bar & Bottle Shop to open in March in West Austin
From childhood friends to business partners: Flo Clemons and Adair Belisle will open Flo's Wine Bar & Bottle Shop on 3111 W. 35th St. next month.
The shop, opening March 1, will feature more than 190 bottles Clemons hand-picked from across the world. Also among the offerings are 20 by-the-glass wine options. Clemons and Belisle are alums of St. Andrew's Episcopal School.
Customers can also enjoy a food menu from Allday Pizza, a counter-service pizzeria serving N.Y.C.-style pies (and more) from Sammataro co-founders Townsend Smith and Daniel Sorg and Zak Drummond of Zee’s Wiener System.

In an email to the American-Statesman, a spokesperson for Flo's said the owners want the shop to act as "an easy, casual space where people can finally gather together in the neighborhood any day of the week without having to drive across MoPac for a fun time."
Flo's Wine Bar & Bottle Shop will operate from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday and 11 a.m. tp 10 p.m. Friday-Sunday.
