Taylor Swift fans expect to see her at the Golden Globes on Sunday, where she is nominated for one of the globe-shaped trophies for her Eras Tour concert film.

So now the big question: What will the five-time nominee wear on the red carpet?

Boho? Another bow?

The Golden Globes air at 7 p.m. on CBS and stream on Paramount Plus. (Only certain users can watch, however. Find out the details on Paramountplus.com.) Comedian Jo Koy, who performs at The Midland in Kansas City on March 14, will host.

The Golden Globes kick off Hollywood’s glamorous red carpet season. Fashionistas are accustomed to watching arrivals and celebrity interviews live on E! But as of earlier this week, the entertainment cable network had not announced plans for that coverage.

If Swift shows up and walks the red carpet, Swifties will catch the moment online.

Variety and “Entertainment Tonight” have teamed up to produce the official red carpet coverage. The pre-ceremony show will air live beginning at 5:30 p.m. CT on Variety’s digital and social platforms, ETOnline.com and the Golden Globe Awards website, GoldenGlobes.com.

The arrivals will also be shown on the digital platforms of 20 other publications owned by Penske Media Corp., Variety’s parent company and co-owner of the Globes.

Variety’s Angelique Jackson and Marc Malkin, a red carpet veteran, and “Entertainment Tonight” correspondent Rachel Smith will interview the stars as they arrive at The Beverly Hilton hotel in Beverly Hills, California.

WWD (Women’s Wear Daily) is also going real-time digital, for the first time, with its red carpet coverage. The “bible of fashion” will be live on the red carpet beginning at 4:30 p.m. CT Sunday on wwd.com/golden-globes.

The “Eye on the Red Carpet” coverage will be led by TV personality Jeannie Mai and WWD’s style director Alex Badia. WWD will also announce the season’s first style winners, including Best Dressed, during a recap online at 9 a.m. CT Monday.

Swift has never won a Golden Globe, though she was nominated four times before this year for best original song in a movie in 2013, 2014, 2020 and most recently last year for “Carolina” from the movie “Where the Crawdads Sing.”

She scored a fifth nod for her concert movie, “Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour,” nominated in a new category, Cinematic and Box Office Achievement.

The concert film faces stiff competition from “Barbie” and “Oppenheimer,” nominated for the most film awards, nine and eight respectively.

Despite being nominated, Swift skipped last year’s ceremony while she was rehearsing for the tour. (The awards show was still recovering from scandal over financial and diversity issues that had led many A-listers to boycott the ceremony.)

She last walked the Golden Globes red carpet in January 2020, right before the COVID pandemic closed the world.

She stunned in a teal-colored, custom silk gown with a triangle cutout at the waist and a long train by Italian fashion house Etro. Giant yellow flowers on the voluminous skirt made her look like walking sunshine.

Fans will recall that Swift’s ex-boyfriend Joe Alwyn was with her that night, though they didn’t walk the red carpet together.

There is no realistic expectation that Swift’s current boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, will appear at the ceremony with her Sunday. He will be otherwise occupied just up the road at SoFi Stadium at the Chiefs’ last regular season game against the Los Angeles Chargers.

Swift rarely disappoints on any red carpet, including the Golden Globes.

She wore an elegant, custom, eggplant-colored Donna Karan Atelier gown with a mermaid skirt in 2013. It looked demure from the front but it had a plunging back that turned heads.

In 2014 she went “superglamorous and unapologetically girlie” in a two-toned, strapless Carolina Herrera gown with a big bow in the back above a sweeping train, wrote PopSugar lifestyle website.

Later, she vamped it up at an after-party in a sheer crochet dress by Julien Macdonald and black Jimmy Choo sandals.

Swift won’t be the only Chiefs fan on the red carpet who knows how to score style points if Kansas City’s Jason Sudeikis, nominated for “Ted Lasso,” shows up Sunday.

Remember, he’s the guy who wore a teal velvet Tom Ford tuxedo to the 2021 Emmys and iconic, white Air Jordan 11 Retro Low “Concord” sneakers with a tuxedo to the 2016 Golden Globes.

Jason Sudeikis, dressed in teal velvet, won best actor in a comedy series for “Ted Lasso” at the 2021 Emmy Awards.
