'Flu Crew' helps Sacramento's Hmong community get flu vaccine

A group of medical school and college students reached members of the Hmong community in Sacramento's Noralto area with a much-needed medical service Sunday. Realizing it was important to get the word out and get people to receive this year’s flu vaccine, the medical students from UC Davis School of Medicine and undergraduates from UC Davis and Sacramento State University came together as the “Flu Crew” with a goal of reaching as many people as they could with free flu shots.
