FMPD investigate fatal crash on Edison Bridge on Saturday evening, bridge closed temporarily
Fort Myers police are working a fatal car crash Saturday evening.
Police say the Edison Bridge is closed in both directions for an undetermined amount of time because of the crash beginning about 4:30 p.m.

This is at least the 85th fatality on Lee County roads this year.
No further information was available Saturday evening.
