How Folsom company turns around COVID-19 tests quickly

Getting test results quickly has proven to be a challenge, with some people waiting well over a week to learn if they contracted the novel coronavirus. But a new public-private partnership in Sacramento County is hoping to change that. A Folsom biotech company called StemExpress is using its capabilities to help Sacramento County get more testing done faster. StemExpress CEO Cate Dyer said the benchmark for returning test results is 72 hours or less and explained how the company can turn results around quickly. Get the full story in the video above.
