We're talking about platinum-haired celebrity chef Guy Fieri, a longtime star of the Food Network and frequent meme-generator. Over the years, Fieri has not hid his love for the sunny state, even purchasing two homes in South Florida, filming at multiple restaurants for his shows and opening different establishments.

“Even a cloudy day in Florida is an awesome day,” he said at the opening of the Chicken Guy! location in Winter Park. “I will be in Florida way more than you know.”

In June 2023, Fieri bought a $7.3 million Mediterranean-style house on Singer Island in Riviera Beach. Built in 2008, it has a total of 9,870 square feet with 6,620 under air-conditioning. There is a three-car garage, a large pool, summer kitchen, five bedrooms, hand-carved coral stone fireplaces and pecky cypress ceilings.

In September 2023, the "Guy's Grocery Games" host returns to the Treasure Coast for free meet-and-greets.

Fieri will host a free signing and meet-and-greet from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 21, for people 21 and older at Sip Tequila, an online liquor store opening its storefront Sept. 30. Later on, he will host another event the same day at the Smoke Inn Port St. Lucie, where he'll be promoting his Knuckle Sandwich Cigars.

According to past TCPalm reports, the celebrity cook is a regular at the South Beach Wine and Food Festival, which takes place at the beginning every year.

The foodie has already caused frenzies in multiple local hot spots, drawing a huge crowd whenever he shows up. Back in 2021, a stir in Martin County started when he dropped in at Gilbert’s Coffee Bar in Stuart. He was also seen January 2023 at Tradition in St. Lucie County filming a new television show.
