The Mule

A local beverage maker is inviting customers to get their products straight from the source.

On Oct. 27, Devil’s Foot Beverages officially opened its new tasting room, The Mule, at 131 Sweeten Creek Road.

The Mule is centered in the company’s production facility where the line of farm-to-can ginger beers and sparkling drinks are brewed, packaged and distributed.

Devil’s Foot produces nonalcoholic beverages made with fresh fruit and other organic and sustainable ingredients sourced from local farms. The final product contains no artificial sweeteners and 20 grams or less of sugar per can.The Mule will operate as a full-service bar – and event space – and offer nonalcoholic and alcoholic drinks. Cocktails and mocktails may be made with Devil’s Foot sodas and house-made tonics. Craft beer, draft soda and wine are on the menu, too.

We want you to know that we’re putting you in mind when we’re writing out a menu.”

The Mule’s opening weekend hours are 5-9 p.m. Oct. 27, 3-9 p.m. Oct. 28, 1-9 p.m. Oct. 29 and 1-8 p.m. Oct. 30.

After the opening weekend, the regular hours will be 3-9 p.m. Thursday and Friday, 1-9 p.m. Saturday and 1-8 p.m. Sunday.
