Food truck and craft beer festival coming to Westgate Mall in Brockton
BROCKTON − Westgate Mall is hosting its annual Brews & Bites food truck and craft beer festival from noon to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 30., presented by Planet Fitness.
The event will feature local food trucks, craft breweries and sangria.
The afternoon will have a fun, family friendly atmosphere filled not only with food and beverage options, but giveaways, games, live music and more, according to organizers.
“Westgate Mall welcomes everyone to our much-anticipated Brews & Bites Food Truck and Craft Beer Festival, an exciting day featuring live music and delicious food and beverage options,” Rebekah Macchia, marketing director for Westgate Mall, said in a written statement.
Thousands have attended the annual food truck festival in past years to enjoy the food and festivities.
There is no admission charge to attend; each vendor will price and serve their fare independently.
Which food trucks will be there?
The participating food trucks include Across the Border Food Truck, Deag’s Local Diner & Food Truck, Ellie’s Sweet Treats, Lady C & J Soul Food, Mom on the Go, Papi’s Stuffed Sopapillas, The Friendly Fizz and The Sausage Guy.
Which breweries will be there?
The participating breweries include Barrel House Z, Brockton Beer Company, The Sangria Lady and Second Wind Brewing Company.
Vendors are subject to change.

Live music
Kooked Out will perform "animated and eclectic rock and roll" in a combination of indie, surf-pop, alternative, punk and reggae, according to its website.
