Food trucks, classic rock and big trees: Things to do on Seacoast this weekend

It's Memorial Day weekend and there is plenty planned to honor our military men and women. Vernon Family Farm will feature 13Fifty performing some classic rock, you could grab some tickets for the popular musical "Newsies" at the Seacoast Rep or satisfy your appetites at the Great New England Seacoast Food Truck Festival in Kittery.

Great New England Seacoast Food Truck Festival

What: Grab your friends and come celebrate the end of a long work week with great food, great music, cold craft brews (seven local brews) and cocktails, while shopping unique handcrafted goods, vendor products and specialty foods. Rain or shine.

Cisco Brewers Portsmouth 5K

What: The road race is a community-wide fundraising event for Krempels Center and the largest race in the Seacoast Road Race Series. Post-race festivities will feature a new BBQ feast catered by Cisco Brewers, live music, kids’ activities and more.
