New foods added to Lambeau Field menu for Green Bay Packers playoff run including brat-and-cheese-curd meatballs

Tripling down on cheese curds. Adding booze to hot chocolate. That's Wisconsin forward dining. That's what's new on the menus at Lambeau Field concession stands and two restaurants for the Green Bay Packers playoff run.

Here are the menu additions Delaware North has cooked up at Lambeau Field, 1919 Kitchen & Tap and The Turn Restaurant Lounge.

Somewhere under the spiral cheese curd bun, fried onions, sausage strips and beer-cheese sauce is a burger. It's one of the new foods awaiting fans at Lambeau Field for the playoffs.

Perfect Spiral Burger: Festy Burger, topped with jalapenos, fried onions, Johnsonville Original Sausage strips and Sargento beer-cheese sauce. Served on a spiraled cheese curd roll.

What's a cheese curd roll you ask? A cheesy, savory version of a cinnamon bun.

Zac Ladubec, executive chef with Delaware North at Lambeau Field, explains it like this: The dough is rolled thin with a layer of butter and a spicy cheese powder as a base that gets layered with crumbled cheese curds, rolled up and topped with more cheese curds.

"When you cut it open it has nice cheese pockets and eats almost like a croissant," Ladubec said.

Find the Perfect Spiral Burger at concession stands near sections 106, 133 and 326.

Pick-Six Meatball Sub: Six Johnsonville brat-and-cheese-curd meatballs, topped with braised onions, Run-it-Back Sauce (a blend of ketchup, Worcestershire, Sriracha and orange juice), beer mustard and crushed potato chips. Served on a fresh hoagie roll.

Available in sections 105, 326, 690 and Johnsonville Tailgate Village.

The Title Tower: Tower of french fries, crowned with Sargento beer-cheese sauce, cheese curds, Johnsonville brat crumbles, scallions and crème fraiche.

Available in section 134.

Specialty Hot Chocolate: The classic winter warmer gets flavored and spiked four ways.

  • Momentum Changer: Hazelnut hot chocolate with Frangelico and bourbon, topped with whipped cream and graham cracker pieces.

  • Out-of-Towner: Caramel-cinnamon hot chocolate with RumChata, topped with cinnamon and whipped cream.

  • Referees (Blind Russian): Traditional hot chocolate with Godiva liqueur, Kahlua and vodka, topped with white chocolate chips and whipped cream.

  • PB Blitz: Peanut butter hot chocolate with Skrewball whiskey, topped with peanut butter cups and whipped cream.

All options are available at a concessions stand near section 117.
