FORECAST: Mostly clear skies ahead of mid-week rain chances

Clear conditions will last until Tuesday night.
Showers are likely late at night on Tuesday and into early Wednesday morning.
The chance of rain continues, along with possible thunderstorms, on Wednesday.
Up to a half-inch of rain is expected in the Charlotte area.
Lows will dip into the low-30s as clouds clear up Wednesday night.
Thursday will be the start of another stretch of mostly clear skies.
Highs Thursday and Friday will be in the low-to-mid-50s.
Temperatures will reach into the low-60s on Saturday and high 50s on Sunday.
There is a 30% chance of rain Sunday night.
