FORECAST:

  • Saturday is the start of a very wet weekend with rain coming in and out throughout the day.

  • The rain will be heavy at times Saturday, which could lead to some flooding concerns across the mountains and adjacent foothills.

  • The steadiest rain holds off until sunrise on Saturday and continues into the afternoon before tapering off. We could see up to 2 inches in some spots.

  • We are no longer expecting a washout, in fact Sunday is trending toward much drier weather.

  • Don’t expect storms, just rain. Sunday does have the chance for storms with the breaks in the clouds bringing back the chance for thunder.
