FORECAST: Sunny skies on Saturday before scattered showers on Sunday

Forecast:

  • The forecast for this weekend has improved.

  • Saturday will bring partly sunny skies with highs reaching the mid-70s.

  • On Sunday, temperatures are expected to reach the upper-70s and low-80s.

  • However, scattered storms are expected, with thunderstorms moving in Sunday afternoon.

  • Next week will start out semi-unsettled with a few bouts of scattered showers and thunderstorms on Monday and Tuesday.

  • Things will then quiet down with dry weather Wednesday through Friday.

  • Temperatures are expected to be seasonably warm most of next week, with highs in the upper 70s.
