AUBURN — It has been confirmed that Carnell "Cadillac" Williams will be the interim head coach of Auburn football after Bryan Harsin was fired Monday. What hasn't been confirmed, however, is what will happen to the rest of the staff.

Multiple outlets have reported that offensive coordinator Eric Kieasau, tight ends coach Brad Bedell, director of recruiting Darren Uscher and football chief of staff Bard Arrondo have been fired. On3 was first to report the news.

The university has yet to release a statement discussing which assistant coaches, if any, have been fired. But Bryan Harsin released a statement Tuesday afternoon saying he hurts "for the coaches, staff members and families who are left in limbo."

"This team and staff came here fully committed to our vision of what we could accomplish in time," Harsin said further. "That time has been cut short. They will all persevere because of their tremendous character and ability and I will do everything I can to help them with this transition."

Auburn was 9-12 in Harsin's 21 games as head coach.
