According to a probable cause affidavit, officer Lorraine Oguz of Butler’s police department was dispatched to an Irvington House dormitory room at 2:07 a.m. Feb. 4 on a report of a sexual assault with injury. The officer was told a woman had just been raped by a male, nicknamed “Scooby,” who was living in the dorm.

Johnson allowed three officers into the room and stated, “I should have told that (b****) to leave,” according to the affidavit. An officer told Johnson and his roommate, M.T., that the room was a crime scene and they were being detained for investigation.

A medic arrived to treat the woman, who was transported to Methodist Hospital. During a forensic medical exam at Center of Hope, a nurse found genital injuries to the woman, according to the affidavit.

An analysis of blood samples on Johnson’s boxers matched that of the woman, investigators said in the affidavit, and a second sample taken from the scene was reportedly a mixture of DNA from Johnson and the woman.

Court dates for Johnson have not yet been set, records indicate.
