Former Chicago Bulls shooting guard Ben Gordon won’t be seeing any jail time for allegedly assaulting his son at LaGuardia airport last year, court officials said Thursday.

During a court appearance in Queens Criminal Court, a judge allowed Gordon, 40, to plead guilty to resisting arrest and disorderly conduct in a deal which, as long as he’s not rearrested, he would receive no jail time during his sentencing in August.

Gordon must also go to court-mandated therapy, his attorney Eric Sanders said. If he fulfills the agreement of the deal, the charges against him will be dismissed and sealed.

“On behalf of Gordon, we’d like to thank the people and the court for resolving these criminal matters with no negative impact upon his ability to continue as a productive member of society,” Sanders said.

Gordon was arrested in October on claims by witnesses that he hit his 10-year-old son at the Queens airport, prosecutors said.

The child was transported to Long Island Jewish Hospital to be treated for a minor injury.

Gordon allegedly resisted arrest when Port Authority police officers attempted to take him into custody. During the scuffle, two officers suffered minor injuries, according to police.

The incident wasn’t the first run-in with the law for Gordon, who was raised in Mount Vernon, Westchester County.

In November 2017, police in Harlem stopped him for driving with fake Florida license plates on his Mercedes G-Class SUV.

A Manhattan judge ordered he complete 10 days of community service for the case to be dismissed after six months.

It was the third time that year he had a brush with law enforcement. A judge ordered him to undergo psychiatric treatment after a woman called police when he locked the two of them inside his Mount Vernon business.

Gordon played 11 seasons for the NBA, starting with the Chicago Bulls in 2004. He ended his NBA career in 2015 after playing for the Orlando Magic.
