Former Dallas Cowboy to speak at Lubbock Salvation Army centennial celebration

Lubbock's Salvation Army will celebrate a century of service to the Lubbock community with a dinner and event featuring a Dallas Cowboy star Sept. 22.
The event, "A Stroll Thru Time" is set for 6:30 to 9 p.m. Sept. 22 at the Overton Hotel and Conference Center.
The event will feature special guest speaker Drew Pearson, an NFL Hall of Fame former Dallas Cowboys football player. The wide receiver played for the Cowboys from 1973-83.
