It was a bumpy start for Richardson, who gave up back-to-back home runs on his first two pitches of the game. He would go on to give up two more runs in the first inning.

Richardson finished his big league debut with three innings pitched. He gave up four runs on four hits, issued three walks, and struck out two batters.

The right-handed pitcher was a second-round pick by the Reds in 2018.

The Dragons wished Richardson well on social media. He’s the 138th Dragons player to make it to the major league.
