Gordon Sondland, former U.S. Ambassador to the European Union in the Trump administration, and author of the recently published book, “The Envoy: Mastering the Art of Diplomacy with Trump and the World,” will be in Tallahassee next week.

Sondland will give a talk at 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 29, at Midtown Reader, 1123 Thomasville Road. Ambassador Sondland, hotelier, avid art collector, and author, will give an in-person talk, Q&A and book signing as he reveals what really went on behind closed doors in controversial matters of Ukraine, Iran, Israel, US-EU Trade, and the Impeachment Trial of Donald J. Trump.

Sondland, the 20th United States Ambassador to the European Union, was appointed by President Donald J. Trump in 2018.

Over the last 30 years, the Gordon D. Sondland and Katherine J. Durant Foundation has donated millions of dollars to causes from childhood education and ending hunger to the arts.
