Former Harford County Councilman, Town Commissioner 'Capt'n Jim' Dies At 42, Visitation April 30

NICOLE BAKER: A longtime Harford County man has passed away. James McMahan, known as "Capt'n Jim," died last week at the age of 82. The Bel Air man had a long history with the county, serving as council councilman and town commissioner. He was also a radio host for several decades there. His visitation is Friday, April 30. That'll be at the Bel Air United Methodist Church. And his funeral is set for May 1.
