Former Home and Away star Mark Furze is "open" to returning as Ric Dalby
Mark Furze has discussed the possibility of returning to Home and Away as Ric Dalby.
It's been 12 years since he last stepped foot in Summer Bay, having first played the character back in 2004, but Mark's subsequent success in the music industry saw him leave the world of acting for good.
Chatting to TV Week recently, the star offered his thoughts on a potential soapland comeback.

"As far as I know, Ric is still alive somewhere, so I'd never say never, I had the best experience on that show and have made some incredible friendships," he began.
"I see Todd Lasance (Aden Jefferies) all the time, I see a bit of Isabel Lucas (Tasha Andrews) and I've had beers with the Hemsworth boys. I spent nearly 10 years in LA, but I moved back to Sydney's northern beaches a year ago, so I'm open to whatever work comes my way.
"Home and Away was a very special time in my life."

Explaining that he still wants to pursue other avenues, Mark went on to add: "I'm a performer and want to work. Ric will always be a part of my life – I still get recognised as him – but I want to show off another side of myself.
"I'm aware people will see me as the guy from Home and Away, but music is a huge part of who I am too."
Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.15pm and 6pm on Channel 5 (UK) and Mondays to Thursdays at 7pm on Channel 7 (Australia).
