The first is the importation of an expensive personal car under the guise of humanitarian aid.

The second is that for almost a year "his family lived in a rented property for 5,000 euros ($5,485) a month, which does not correspond to the family's income."

The third was the purchase by Borysov's mother of an "elite house in Marbella worth 3.95 million euros ($4.33 million)”, which Borysov helped to facilitate its purchase.

The fourth is Yevhen Borysov's vacation in Marbella during martial law from Dec. 22, 2022, to Jan. 18, 2023.

The fifth is the purchase of an office by Borisov's wife in January 2023 "in one of the uptown office centers in Marbella".

"We have collected all the documents," Mosiychuk said.

“We have all the evidence of when he left, through which checkpoint, how the cars were imported, how the property was acquired... That is, my colleagues and I have a full package of documents, a package of video and photo evidence, and I handed them over to NABU. On the same day I made the first publication, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau received documents regarding this scoundrel and his wealth.”

The former MP says he also has information that the case is being investigated by special services.

On April 25, Mosiychuk accused Borysov’s mother, Nadiya Borysova, of purchasing an elite residential property during the martial law – an 857-square meter 2017 luxury home on a 1,530 square meter plot of land in Marbella, Spain. After the auction, the price of the house devalued from 4.4 million euros to 3.96 million euros.

"The legal support for the real estate transaction was provided by a well-known real estate agent who handles all transactions of Russian clients in the region," Mosiychuk said.

“Thus, it should be assumed that the military commissar may become (if he has not already done so!) an object of intelligence investigation of the Russian special services, as he has access to a huge amount of classified information about the manning of military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.”

He noted that Nadiya Borysova is the founder and beneficiary of Yuh LLC, whose net profit in the pre-war period amounted to just over UAH 800,000 ($21,670) per year for the three founders.

"So, to save up for the purchase of this luxury real estate abroad, she had to work for 33 years!" the former lawmaker emphasized.

On April 26, Mosiychuk added that Yevhen Borysov's wife, Oleksandra Borysova, also purchased an office in Marbella during martial law. In a video of April 25, the former MP said that the cost of this office was up to 2 million euros ($2.2 million).

Also on April 25, Mosiychuk said that in the fall of 2022, Borysov imported a premium 2022 Mercedes Benz G63 AMG under the guide of a humanitarian aid. According to the former MP, it is used by the military commissar's wife, who lives in a rented apartment in Marbella, and by Borysov when he visits. Mosiychuk said that Borysov himself stayed in Marbella from Dec. 22, 2022, to Jan. 18, 2023.
