Former University of Oklahoma quarterback Baker Mayfield and his wife, Emily, announced that they are expecting a baby girl in the spring.

The couple posted photos and their announcement on social media Monday, including a photo of Baker Mayfield wearing a "Dad" hat, and of their dog wearing a bandana that says "Big Brother Fergus."

"We've been hiding a little something," Emily Mayfield wrote. "But we are THRILLED to share that baby girl Mayfield will be joining our crazy crew in early April 2024!"

Baker Mayfield most recently led the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to a win over the Carolina Panthers and continues to show his support for OU by attending games and was a guest picker on College GameDay.

Baker and Emily have been married since 2019 and began a nonprofit together in August 2023.
