Leslie Jones is expanding her real estate portfolio out west. The Saturday Night Live alum recently dropped $3.875 million on a single-story rambler in Beverly Hills, Variety reports. Situated on a secluded one-third-acre lot overlooking the surrounding mountains, the charming modern pad spans 3,860 square feet, with four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. The hub of the home is the great room, a combination living and dining room with a whitewashed, exposed-beam ceiling. A wall of floor-to-ceiling glass doors opens out onto the backyard and saturates the space with natural light. A built-in banquette that spans an adjacent wall makes for comfortable group seating for dinner parties. A modern chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a wet bar, and a wine room round out the residence’s main entertaining quarters. Just down the hall is a den/office uniquely enclosed behind a wall of glass-and-steel casement windows, with floor-to-ceiling built-in bookshelves against one wall.

Elsewhere are three guest bedrooms, some with glass doors that lead directly to the backyard and one that even boasts a sleek concrete fireplace. The main bedroom has glass doors that overlook a pool, as well as a luxuriously updated bathroom with dark hardwood floors and an oversize steam shower with its own large picture window. A classic freestanding deep-soaking tub is tucked into a nook next to the shower.

Jones also owns a Manhattan condo that she bought for about $1.75 million in 2016. In 2017, she hilariously pulled Property Brothers star Jonathan Scott onstage at Saturday Night Live to ask him for advice about her home renovations. (He was in the audience with his girlfriend at the time, his brother Drew, and Drew’s partner Linda Phan.)
