Former star receiver Brandon Marshall: Cincinnati Bengals' Tee Higgins doesn't get his due

Brandon Marshall was a six-time Pro Bowler who had 970 catches for 12,351 yards with 83 touchdowns over 13 National Football League seasons.

So when Marshall told Kay Adams on FanDuel's "Up & Adams Show" that he considers Cincinnati Bengals receiver Tee Higgins to be the NFL receiver who doesn't get the attention he deserves as one of the league's best, there was reason for Adams and Bengals fans to be excited.

"He's a dawg," Marshall said of Higgins. "Tee Higgins is on track to finish the year with 1,300 receiving yards. … I'm looking at how he tracks the ball. I'm looking at his playmaking ability … and skill. How you adjust. How you pick the ball off your shoelaces. He's in his bag right now. … Tee Higgins - want to show you love, man. You're ballin' right now. Salute to Tee Higgins."

The Enquirer's Kelsey Conway tweeted Thursday afternoon that Bengals offensive coordinator Brian Callahan confirmed that Higgins will be able to play on Sunday night against the Ravens in Baltimore despite an ankle injury.

Last month, former Bengals receiver Cris Collinsworth told Adams that he hadn't been doing his "Collinsworth slide" because his partner in the broadcast booth, play-by-play announcer Mike Tirico, wasn't doing an opening monologue. Collinsworth brought the slide back earlier this week.
