Four-bedroom Harrisburg home on five acres sells for $1.25M
A home in the south corner of Harrisburg sold for $1.25 million, topping the Sioux Falls area sales for the week of June 6-10.
The four-bedroom, five-bathroom home at 47438 274th Street in Harrisburg offers 4,568 square-feet on 5.75 acres of land. The house also features a game room and wet bar as well as an outdoor playhouse and a large, detached storage shed on the property.
Two other homes broke the million-dollar mark this week. A four-bedroom home on nearly 10 acres in Lennox sold for $1.2 million, and a six-bedroom home in Harrisburg sold for $1.14 million.
These sales and the below listings are the top 10 property sales in the Sioux Falls metro area for the week of June 6-10, according to the Minnehaha County Office of Equalization and the Lincoln County Office of Equalization.
