Four Massena residents charged with drug possession
Oct. 24—MASSENA — Four Massena residents were charged with drug possession following the execution of a search warrant on Spruce Street in the village of Massena.
The Massena Police Department reported Tuesday that the search warrant had been executed on Oct. 6, and the following people were charged:
Daniel P. Robertson, 44, was charged with felony counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (narcotic intent to sell) and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (previous conviction).
Matthew A. Dewey, 35, was charged with felony counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (narcotic intent to sell) and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (previous conviction).
Mark A. Preece, 41, was charged with felony counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (narcotic intent to sell) and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (intent to sell).
Kristen P. Bevins, 31, was charged with felony counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (narcotic intent to sell) and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (intent to sell).
They were arraigned in Massena Town Court and released.
Police said they recovered approximately 11.7 grams of cocaine, approximately 26.47 grams of MDMA (ecstasy) and one psilocybin mushroom bar.
