Four People Critically Injured in Plane Crash Near Sacramento

Four people were critically injured after a plane crashed on the afternoon of Thursday, October 14, near Sacramento, California, according to local authorities.

Speaking to local media, a spokesperson for the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire Department said the plane went down in the front yard of a home in the small Sacramento County town of Wilton. No residents or bystanders were hurt.

The four people who were injured in the crash have been transported to local hospitals, one by air resource and the others by ambulance.

According to local news reports, the crash is under investigation by the Federal Aviation Administration.
