Four-star defensive back Caleb Presley commits to Oregon Ducks

On Tuesday afternoon, Seattle (Washington) Rainier Beach defensive back Caleb Presley announced that he would be playing his college football at Oregon.

He chose the Ducks over Florida State, Georgia Tech and LSU.

Presley pledged his decision to play for the Ducks on CBS Sports HQ. 247Sports rates Presley as the No. 9 cornerback nationally and No. 1 in the state of Washington. Presley has been selected to play in the 2023 All-American Bowl in San Antonio ahead of his senior year.

With the announcement of Presley heading to Eugene, Oregon now has 11 commits in the 2023 recruiting class.

Presley now pushes Oregon into the top 25 class according to 247Sports recruiting rankings. The other players that have announced their verbal commitment to the 2023 class are cornerbacks Cole Martin and Collin Gill, wide receivers Jurion Dickey and Ashton Cozart, safeties Kodi Decambra and Tyler Turner, running back Dante Dowdell, defensive tackle Tevita Pome'e and long snapper Nick Duzansky.
