Friday, June 30

White Plains: Independence Day Celebration. Food, fun and fireworks. 6:30 to 10 p.m. at White Plains High School, North Street. Larry Stevens Band performs on the main stage at 7:30 p.m. Fireworks will begin at approximately 9:15 p.m. There is no rain date.

Clarkstown: Annual concert and fireworks at Felix Festa Middle School, Concert at 6:30 p.m. Fireworks at 9:15 p.m.

Saturday, July 1

Pound Ridge: Fireworks Celebration. Town Park, 199 Westchester Avenue. Begins at 4:30 p.m. with food, drinks, music and more. Up until 8 p.m. you can drive into the park to drop off guests, chairs and blankets but you can't park there. Parking is at Pound Ridge Elementary School, with shuttle buses running before and after the show. Parking permits are free to residents and $30 to non-residents and can be obtained in advance at the police department.

Sunday, July 2

Town of Southeast: Annual fireworks extravaganza in the parking lot in front of DiCicco's. Music with a DJ begins at 6 p.m., and fireworks begin at approximately 9:25 p.m.

Monday, July 3

Valhalla: The annual Music Fest and Fireworks at Kensico Dam Plaza in Valhalla will get underway with a DJ at 5 p.m., followed by the FDR Drive Band at 7 p.m. Fireworks round off the night at approximately 9:15 p.m.

Ossining: There will be a concert at Louis Engel Waterfront Park at 7 p.m., followed by fireworks.

July 3 and 4

Rye: Playland will have fireworks at 9 p.m. on both Monday, July 3 and Tuesday, July 4.

Pomona: The New York Boulders at Palisades Union Park will present two nights of Independence Day fireworks on Monday, July 3 and Tuesday, July 4, following 6 p.m. games against the Ottawa Titans.

Tuesday, July 4

Peekskill: Peekskill will have its annual Volunteer Firefighters Parade at 10:30 a.m., marching down South Division Street and ending at the Central Firehouse. A concert at Riverfront Green Park from 7 to 10 p.m. will feature Ladies of the 80s. A fireworks spectacular will begin at approximately 9:15 p.m.

Mamaroneck: The Village of Mamaroneck, which is hosting its annual Firemen's Carnival through July 5, will have fireworks on the night of July 4, with July 5 as the rain date.

New Rochelle: Spark the Sound, with fireworks by Grucci, will begin at 9 p.m. on July 4 in New Rochelle. Ideal viewing spots are Hudson Park, Joe Curtis Fire Island Park, or any waterfront restaurant.

Port Chester: There will be a fireworks celebration at 9 p.m. July 4 at Port Chester High School. Gates will open at 7 p.m.
