DeWine also visited nonprofit organizations in Kent and Youngstown, including the Coleman Pregnancy Center and the Second Harvest Food Bank of the Mahoning Valley, and gave a speech at the United Way of Youngstown and the Mahoning Valley's annual meeting.

The Ohio Governor's Imagination Library is a partnership with Dolly Parton's Imagination Library. All Ohio children are eligible to enroll, at no cost to families.

This month, the program has 316,435 children enrolled, according to information from Gov. Mike DeWine's office.
