France slams Russian shelling of Dnipro's hospital
The Ministry called the Russian actions "war crimes" that “cannot go unpunished,” the BBC reported.
The missile attack on Kyiv, as well as on Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovsk oblasts, were once again aimed at civilian facilities, the FA said.

France called the attack a “flagrant violation of international humanitarian law.”
Russia hit a hospital in Dnipro in the morning on May 26.
Two people were killed and another 30 injured, including two children, as of 5:30 p.m. Three more people are still missing.
These numbers could still rise as information about the victims of the attack is being clarified.
