Fraser Advanced Information Systems acquires managed services company
Oct. 25—Fraser Advanced Information Systems announced that it has completed the acquisition of Warrington, Bucks County-based Aaxios Technologies, an independent managed IT company.
In a press release, West Reading-based Fraser said the partnership will provide area businesses with expanded choices and better solutions for their office technology and managed IT needs. Aaxios Technologies delivers continuous service improvement to customer IT systems with strategic planning, network management, security and hands-on remote engineering.
"The acquisition of Aaxios Technologies strengthens our market position across the Delaware Valley as an expanding IT solutions provider to the small, mid-size and major account business community. Aaxios clients can expect to continue to receive the same outstanding service and support to which they are accustomed," Fraser President and CEO, William Fraser said in a statement. "The addition of Aaxios Technologies to the Fraser portfolio will provide their customers with more choices for their office technology needs, as well as expanded services in regards to copiers, printers, business phone and voice services, video conferencing, digital displays and more."
