Freddy's Frozen Custard and Steakburgers officially opens Bossier City location this week
The fast-casual restaurant Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is known for its cooked-to-order steakburgers, crispy shoestring fries and freshly churned frozen custard treats and there's one coming to Bossier City.
Freddy's has more than 440 locations across 36 states nationwide since its inception in 2002 and now the Bossier residents can go over to 2578 Airline Dr. to get a tasty treat. The restaurant will have additional seating on the patio, a drive-thru and mobile ordering.
“We’ve been making plans for the Shreveport area for a while and are thrilled to officially open our first stop in the market. It is a vibrant city, and we believe it will be a great place for us to grow in the coming years,” said Mohammed Qassas, franchise owner. “The Airline Drive retail corridor has a steady flow of traffic through the area and is home to a wide variety of retail businesses, restaurants and family-friendly entertainment venues, making it a great fit for Freddy’s. We’re delighted to join the Bossier City community and appreciate the excitement surrounding our opening.”

The menu goes beyond just the classic burgers and fries with options like a patty melt, chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, chicken strips and even the occasional specialty burgers that can be paired with onion rings, cheese fries and more. And you can't go to Freddy's without trying a frozen custard, concrete, shake or malt.
“First-time guests often ask, ‘What makes a Freddy’s steakburger special?’,” said Qassas. “We start with lean ground beef, sprinkle on our famous seasoning, press the patty thin and sear on a flat-top grill until the edges are deliciously crispy. We regularly recommend the Original Double, which comes standard with two steakburger patties, cheese, mustard, onion and pickles.”
Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers in Bossier is located at 2578 Airline Dr. and officially opens its doors on Tuesday, November 1. Freddy's is open Sunday - Thursday 10:30 a.m. - 10 p.m. and Friday - Saturday 10:30 a.m. - 11 p.m.
