Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers will soon have a location in West Monroe

A new fast food option is coming to West Monroe.

Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers soon will open at 3112 Cypress St., the site of the former Chicken Express, which closed in 2021.

The menu includes burgers, chicken tenders, hot dogs, shakes and malts. One of the bestsellers is the Freddy's Double Original, which is served with two steak burger patties, cheese, mustard, onions and pickles on a toasted bun.
