This Free App Allows You to Scan Your Plants to See If They Have Any Diseases

Not everyone who loves plants has a green thumb. But thanks to modern technology, you don't have to struggle with shruiveled leaves or drooping flowers: The app Plantin wants to make it easier for you to care for your household plants. Plantin allows you to scan your plant and receive detailed information on the health of your plant, along with a “cure guide.” You can also send a request in the app to get information from professional gardeners on further steps you should take to make your plants thrive. Additionally, it even allows you to set reminders for things like watering cutting, and repotting.

Several users attest to Plantin providing necessary info to save their dying plants. “I have spotted this large, soft black mark on my peperomia plant. I couldn’t find any information online. I was depressed," one user expressed. “ Then I downloaded this application and experts helped me find the right care for my plant. And everything worked out!”

Others enjoyed the camera identification feature as give them the ability to learn more about the history and general background of their plants.
