Free Coronavirus Test Sites In Anne Arundel County: Full List

ANNAPOLIS, MD — Every day, Anne Arundel County residents get free coronavirus tests in Annapolis, even without appointments. Now, Prince George's County is following suit by adding an appointment-free testing site at Six Flags America. The state-run Six Flags testing site will be open for drive-through service on Wednesday and Friday from 8 a.m. to noon.

Patients do not need a doctor’s referral to get tested at the theme park, but they must show a valid government-issued ID at any state-operated testing site.

Testing is also available this week at several Vehicle Emissions Inspection Program sites across the state. Marylanders need an appointment and a doctor’s order to get tested at these sites. Potential patients at emissions inspection sites should ask their physician to send their test referral to Chesapeake Regional Information System for our Patients before getting tested.

“With the help of partners across the state, Maryland has become a national leader in testing,” Gov. Larry Hogan said. “As we quickly approach the milestone of half a million tests, I am proud that our community-based testing program has continued to expand and can accommodate anyone who would like a test.”

Coronavirus symptoms include having a fever, cough, shortness of breath, chills, muscle pain, headaches, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell and pneumonia in severe cases. The virus spreads through the air and by physical contact with infected people or surfaces.
