Free Coronavirus Testing Offered This Week In Glenview

GLENVIEW, IL — Free coronavirus testing will be available for anyone hoping to get a test in Glenview this week.

The testing site is located at Flick Park Field House in Glenview. It is set to operate from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. through Friday and from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

To get tested, residents must make an appointment and bring an insurance card. Uninsured people can bring a state-issued identification to receive a test.

Appointments can be made online.

The testing event is put on by Sen. Laura Fine, Reps. Jennifer Gong-Gershowitz and Robyn Gabel, Cook County Commissioner Scott Britton, Congressman Brad Schneider, Congresswoman Jan Schakowsky, and The Glenview Park District.

Nasal swab PCR tests are provided by Northshore Clinical Labs.
