A free day at the Akron Zoo: Here’s when

AKRON, Ohio (WJW) – The kids are off school and you need something to do — quick, head to the zoo!

On President’s Day, Monday, Feb. 19, the Akron Zoo is offering free admission to all guests.

Pixar films never before in theaters — are now!

The zoo is open that day from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m.

Parking is free, too.

Where to find 2024 fish fries in Northeast Ohio

In addition to visiting all of their favorite animals, guests can visit the Summit County Historical Society inside the Komodo Kingdom for additional activities. The historical society will be on site from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
