Get free flu shots, COVID vaccines, and other social services at Fort Worth health fair

Fort Worth residents needing their annual flu shot, COVID vaccine, or information on dozens of other services can get everything in one stop Saturday at the annual health and wellness fair hosted by Pilgrim Valley Missionary Baptist Church.

The fair will be open from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at 4800 S. Riverside Drive in Fort Worth.

More than 30 vendors will be at the fair, said James Branch, the church’s community coordinator.

Participants include the AIDS Outreach Center, the Black Heart Association, Catholic Charities, Don’t Forget to Feed Me Pet Bank, and many more.

In addition, residents can participate in a warrant roundup, where people who have outstanding warrants or tickets can meet with a judge without fear of being arrested to resolve the outstanding citation, Branch said.

All services will be available for free, and the fair will also offer free food.
