ALLIANCE – Free tickets remain for the April 27 Schooler Lecture at University of Mount Union.

The 8 p.m. discussion will feature mental health advocates and television news personalities Ginger Zee and Dan Harris in Mount Union’s Timken Gymnasium.

Zee is chief meteorologist at ABC News and managing editor of ABC’s Climate Unit. Zee has written books on mental health called “Natural Disaster: I Cover Them. I am One.” and “A Little Closer to Home: How I Found the Calm After the Storm.”

Harris, a former co-anchor for the weekend edition of Good Morning America on ABC News, has written the No. 1 New York Times best-selling book “10% Happier,” about a fidgety, skeptical news anchor who stumbles upon meditation. In addition, Harris’ most recent book, “Meditation for Fidgety Skeptics,” is also on the best-selling list.

Kevin Meyer, associate professor of psychology and neuroscience at Mount Union, will moderate the discussion. Meyer has used Harris’ works in his classes.

Reserve tickets at mountunion.edu/boxoffice or by calling the Mount Union Box Office from 2:30-4:30 p.m. while classes are in session at 330-821-2565.
