Freehold Raceway Mall gets new Torrid store for plus-size apparel

FREEHOLD TOWNSHIP - Plus-size apparel retailer Torrid opened its store at Freehold Raceway Mall on Thursday, its first location in Monmouth County.

Torrid is on the mall’s second level between Champs and Express.

“Torrid is known for its focus on quality fit and unique shopping experiences of personalized customer service for curvy customers sizes 10 to 30,” a Torrid spokeswoman said in a statement.

“We want to help women everywhere look and feel confident in their own skin and we look forward to providing this opportunity to the women of Freehold,” the statement said.
