A freeze warning issued by the National Weather Service expires Monday morning, but unseasonably cool temperatures are pressing on.

The National Weather Service office in Wilmington, Ohio, issued a freeze warning until 9 a.m. Monday in Greater Cincinnati. Partly sunny weather and a high of 53 is expected today, with patchy frost moving into the area this evening and a low of 34.

Some plants could be affected by the cold weather tonight, the weather service said on Twitter.
