Freight train hits tractor-trailer in Baltimore
A freight train struck a tractor-trailer Monday afternoon in Baltimore. The collision took place shortly before 1:30 p.m. in the area of Eastern Avenue and Kane Street. SkyTeam 11 reported the collision split the trailer in half, and the westbound lanes of Eastern Avenue were closed. Additionally, there is a backup on the southbound Interstate 95 exit ramp to Eastern Avenue. SkyTeam 11 video showed the railroad crossing lights over Eastern Avenue were flashing.
