Frenship baseball pair earns TSWA Class 6A honorable mention all-state
Two Frenship baseball players were honorable mentions on the Class 6A Texas Sports Writers Association's all-state team, which was released on Saturday.
Sophomore catcher Hudson Hutcheson and senior outfielder Coldon Kiser were the Tigers who earned honorable mentions.
Hutcheson was the District 2-6A newcomer of the year after hitting .376 on the season with 17 doubles, a pair of triples, three home runs and 28 RBI. Kiser hit for a .354 average with seven doubles, nine triples, three homers, 24 RBI and 31 runs scored.
