Fresno businesses vandalized, juvenile arrested, police say

FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A juvenile was arrested after multiple businesses were vandalized and items were taken in Fresno on Wednesday, according to the Fresno Police Department.

Police say they responded to Shields and West avenues around 4:30 a.m. for a commercial burglary call in a shopping center. When officers arrived they found two businesses vandalized.

Police say C&G Liquors had their front windows broken and Jordaaaz Beauty Bar had windows broken and merchandise stolen.

Officers also say they found that an ATM at the Bank of America in the area was also vandalized.

Following a search, police say they arrested a juvenile on suspicion of multiple counts and felony vandalism and burglary.
