OSHKOSH - Jase Jenkins carried 23 times for 199 yards and four touchdowns as the Rockets overpowered the Wildcats at Titan Stadium.

Appleton North 24, Kaukauna 0

KAUKAUNA - Caden Popp accounted for all of the Lightning’s points in North’s shutout win over the Ghosts.

Popp caught touchdown passes of 18, 19 and 33 yards from Luke Kritzer and finished with five catches for 115 yards. He also kicked all the extra points and had a 33-yard field goal.

“We have to start with the offensive line, without them we can’t do what we want to do,” Popp said. “And our quarterback kept his composure and made the big throws when he needed to.”

Kritzer had 203 yards passing on 14-of-20 attempts.

North’s defense frustrated what had been a potent Kaukauna offense entering the game. The Lightning held the Ghosts to 112 yards in the first three quarters and 208 yards overall.

North (3-0) hosts Kimberly (3-0) next Friday at Paul Engen Field.

STEVENS POINT - The Panthers built a 17-7 halftime lead and held on for the Valley Football Association win.

Grant Chandonais threw two touchdown passes for SPASH, while Broden Butzin had two touchdown passes for Hortonville.

WESTON - Jack Bobinski threw for four touchdowns, including three to Preston Miller, in the Evergreens’ win over the Terrors.

Miller caught passes of 4, 17 and 30 yards from Bobinski. Clay Homan also had a 66-yard touchdown pass from Bobinski. Blake Bangtson also had a pair of 4-yard touchdown runs as D.C. Everest led 42-6 at the half.

Ben Vallafskey had a 95-yard kickoff return for Appleton West (1-2) and an 82-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter. EJ Holt had a 62-yard touchdown pass from Ryder Hoffman.

FOND DU LAC - Stephen Schreiter threw four touchdown passes - one each to four different receivers - in the Cardinals’ win at Fruth Field.

Schreiter had scoring connections with Ethan Wagner-Lang (6 yards), Corbin Hanrahan (1), Kalvin Mullins (10) and Tyler Brandner (63).

Fond du Lac (2-1) led 21-7 at the half.

Chase Nelson had a 6-yard touchdown run for East’s lone score. Chayce Schultz also had an interception for the Patriots (1-2).

Kriewaldt finished with 153 yards rushing while Wyngaard passed for 153 yards. Gavin Greiner caught three passes for 93 yards.

Waupaca was paced by Parker Krcmar, who rushed for 76 yards and threw for 141 yards.

APPLETON - Max Ronsmann had a 38-yard touchdown run and also threw a touchdown pass in leading the Spartans to the win at Rocky Bleier Field.

Jacob DeGrave also had a 12-yard score for Luxemburg-Casco, which finished with 147 yards rushing and 154 yards passing.

Nate Twombly had 74 yards rushing and 113 passing for Xavier. He was 10-for-17 with a pair of touchdowns, including a 28-yard score to Peyton Verhagen.

Xavier also had a rushing touchdown from freshman Matthew Potter.

Fox Valley Lutheran 49, Winneconne 23

WINNECONNE - Liam Heiges had three touchdown passes and ran for two more scores to lead the Foxes past the Wolves.

Heiges had two touchdown passes to Cavan Dobberstein, including an 80-yard strike. He also had a 25-yard touchdown throw to Benett Reader and scored on touchdown runs of 1 and 2 yards.

Jack Egan had a 25-yard touchdown run as well for FVL (3-0).

Ayden Loukidis had a 35-yard punt return for a score and Zack Sommers also scored for the Wolves.

Amherst 14, Shiocton 7

AMHERST - Matthew Glodowski scored two rushing touchdowns to power the Falcons to the win over the Chiefs.

Glodowski scored on a 9-yard run with 7:46 remaining in the first quarter, then added a 5-yard scoring run on the first play of the fourth quarter to give Amherst a 14-0 lead.

Shiocton scored on a 2-yard pass from Dawson Schmidt to Dylan Herb with 10:06 remaining in the game.

Amherst converted on fourth-and-1 at its own 44 on a 3-yard run by Glodowski with 7:50 remaining and converted another fourth-and-4 with a pass completion to continue the drive and was able to run out the clock.

St. Mary Catholic finished with 382 yards of offense while holding its opponent to 72.

Griffith completed 11-of-14 passes for 189 yards, with six going to Atticus Johnson who finished with 123 yards receiving.

Ashton Post rushed for 123 yards on 16 carries.
