Friends, family mourn Atlanta shooting victims

Clutching a bouquet of flowers and burning candles, mourners gathered at makeshift memorials to pay tribute to the victims of a spate of deadly spa shootings across the Atlanta area this week.

But for 29 year old Jami Webb and her family, the visit is very personal -- and deeply painful.

She's the daughter of Xiaojie Tan, one of the eight victims, predominantly Asian women, who lost her life to Tuesday's senseless violence.

Tan's friend Ashley Zhang said she was a wonderful friend and devoted to her business.

"She is very pretty, sweet, nice, kind lady. She is a hard worker. I just don't know why this happened to her. I cannot accept that. So, far I still can't accept it."

Fulton County officials on Thursday identified the four Atlanta victims as 74-year-old Soon Chung Park, 51-year-old Hyun Jung Grant, 69-year-old Suncha Kim, and 63-year-old Yong Ae Yue.

All were of Korean descent, according to South Korea's consulate in Atlanta.

The Cherokee County victims were identified by authorities as 33-year-old Delaina Ashley Yaun, 54-year-old Paul Andre Michels, 44-year-old Daoyou Feng, and 49-year-old Xiaojie Tan.

According to family and friends, Tan was originally from China, and loved to travel whenever she could.

She was set to turn 50 this week.
