Frontier Airlines adds nonstop flights between Myrtle Beach and Cleveland, Ohio

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) — Frontier Airlines will soon be flying nonstop between Myrtle Beach and Cleveland, Ohio, the airport said Wednesday in a news release.

Frontier will begin the new flights on May 21, with service on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, the airport said. The airline began flying out of Myrtle Beach in 2018 and currently offers nonstop flights to Islip, New York; Philadelphia; and Denver, Colorado.

“It’s wonderful to see Frontier expanding their presence at MYR,” said Judi Olmstead, director of airports. “As an ultra-low-cost carrier, Frontier provides excellent, budget-friendly options for MYR travelers. Cleveland is an especially popular market for Grand Strand tourism and we expect these new flights to be a great success.”

Other commercial airlines flying out of Myrtle Beach International include Allegiant, American, Avelo, Breeze, Delta, Porter, Southwest, Spirit, Sun Country and United.
