Frontier expands gateway to Florida, adding five new routes to RSW in Fort Myers
Frontier Airlines recently announced additional routes heading south, and Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) was one of the biggest winners with five new routes scheduled to start later this year.
This is the time of year when airlines plan ahead and target sunseekers looking to escape the northern winter snow.

Frontier Airlines new routes to RSW starting in November
Detroit (DTW) − three times a week
Syracuse (SYR) − three times a week
Buffalo (BUF) − up to four time a week
Minneapolis-St. Paul (MSP) − daily service
Long Island (ISP) − daily service
All of the above routes will take off Nov. 16, except Buffalo, which starts on Nov. 17.
Frontier's headquarters are in Denver.

What Frontier Airlines is saying about it new routes
Daniel Shurz, senior vice president of commercial at Frontier Airlines, made this statement about the latest route expansion:
